Suitability & Safety Guidance Due to varying safety legislation and the performance capability of this product (up to 18mph), age recommendations alone are no longer considered a reliable indicator of suitability. To ensure the rider's safety, comfort, and control, FunBikes now uses measurement-based guidance. Parents and guardians are required to assess suitability based on the rider's physical size, coordination, and ability — rather than age alone. Fitment Guide This quad is best suited for children with the following body measurements:
How to measure: Sit the rider on a flat chair and measure from the underside of their thigh (where it meets the seat) to the sole of their foot. This gives the seat-to-footrest distance — it should fall between 28cm and 38cm for proper posture and safe operation. Performance This quad bike is capable of speeds up to 18mph and includes an adjustable speed restrictor. Due to its speed and power, it may not be suitable for children under 14 years old.
FunBikes strongly advises all customers to supervise young riders at all times and to ensure the use of appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, gloves, and knee/elbow protection. The Toxic is designed for use on flat, off-road terrains such as grass, gravel, or compacted soil and is not a ride-on toy, but a scaled-down powered quad bike.

Unless otherwise stated this product is unsuitable for Motocross, Mini or BMX tracks and such use will invalidate the warranty. Limitations – Any modification, use of noncertified accessories, water ingress, misuse or incorrect assembly, lack of or incorrect maintenance, incorrect parts installation, or collision damage, will invalidate the warranty. Commercial use is prohibited. 
AdviceA mechanically able person will be required to carry out the assembly and long-term maintenance of this product. 1. Dispatch of Your Order
1.1 All goods are subject to availability.
1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are shown for items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.
1.4 Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by Email and Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.
1.5 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.
2. Delivery
2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.
2.2. Any product with free delivery will only include the free service within mainland England. And the items will be sent by economy service and can take up to 7 working days.
3. Returns and Exchanges
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE ONLY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
3.0 If you wish to cancel your order:
3.1 You can contact us via email at cs@funbikes.co.uk or phone on 01664 498 640 and quoting your order reference number.
3.2 You can notify us of your wish to return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt, and a further 14 days are given for the goods to be received at our address. Preferably, the goods should be in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.
3.3 Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made.
3.4 The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
3.5 If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.
3.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods: Online, Phone and Store Purchases.
3.7 You take full responsibility on receipt of the items you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair. A refund will not be offered on any assembly, misuse or wear and tear on the item. Please note that if a replacement is given this may be a refurbished item if the vehicle returned is used.

Our products are not legal for road use in the UK unless "Road Legal" is in the product description. The rider is responsible for following the laws and that adequate safety equipment is worn.

2-Stoke engines - Semi-Synthetic 2-stroke Oil.
4-Stroke engines - Semi-Synthetic 4-stroke Oil 10W-40.
We strongly recommend using E5 "Super Grade" (97+ Octane) petrol only in our vehicles.
E5 has less Ethanol than E10, and although E10 is suitable for vehicles used regularly, it may cause maintenance issues in vehicles used infrequently.
At 10% Ethanol, the E10 fuel will age, degrade and split faster if left in the tank or carburettor or stored than E5 and is also more corrosive on vehicle parts.
If a vehicle is unused for an extended period, the most likely cause of not starting is the petrol. With the recent addition of Ethanol, petrol only has a 3-6 months shelf life, and you can expect approximately three weeks at summer temperatures in a vented fuel tank. After this time, the performance will suffer.
As petrol ages, it will change noticeably in colour, smell, and viscosity. Running your vehicle with aged fuel will cause hard starts, poor performance and gums may cause blocks in the carburettor and plug fouling.
We strongly recommend that you use or drain the fuel before storing your vehicle for an extended period.
Before looking for failing components or setup issues, replace the petrol in the tank, and if necessary, empty, check and clean the carb.
We offer an assembly service on selected products. "Add Assembly" includes a complete build, test ride and pre-delivery inspection of the item, and we will deliver your vehicle "Ready to Ride!"
Adding assembly may affect your delivery price and despatch estimate as we will automatically upgrade your order to a premium network service.

All of our Pit Bikes use inner tubes but a lot of our other vehicles are tubeless. As a rough guide, hub motors tend to be tubeless, and split rims tend to be tubed.
Generally, if you can see a 'car style' valve on your rim, your wheel is likely tubeless. If the valve has movement and looks like a push bike valve, it is likely tubed.
All our products come with a warranty. The warranty will vary dependent on the model. For specific information, click the "DESCRIPTION" tab and scroll to "Warranty" at the bottom of the page.
With our 2 Stroke vehicles, you should use a fuel to oil ratio of 25:1 for the first 3 tanks, then 50:1 afterwards.
25:1 - For every litre of petrol, you will need 40ml of 2 Stroke oil.
50:1 - For every litre of petrol, you will need 20ml of 2 Stroke oil.
