The Funbikes Toxic Kids Electric Mini Quad – 1000w Electric Version 2 Our top of the range 1000w 36v version. A swish, transformer style design with bright lights, battery gauge rider info and outstanding performance. With great torque and real outdoor rubber tyres, as with all our children’s quad ranges, these are not your traditional ride-on toys. Almost silent, this quad will offer hours of fun in almost any children’s outdoor environment, not just the kitchen! Solidly built and simple to maintain, the quad will deal with grass, gravel, concrete and even gentle off-road.
WheelsSupplied with larger 6” wheels for more ground clearance than the traditional 4” fitted to mini quads, to cope with a rougher ground for even more fun. The longer wearing higher grade tyres also give better grip and reduce the number of changes required.

Suitability & Safety Guidance Due to varying safety legislation and the performance capability of this product (up to 13mph), age recommendations alone are no longer considered a reliable indicator of suitability. To ensure the rider's safety, comfort, and control, FunBikes now uses measurement-based guidance. Parents and guardians are required to assess suitability based on the rider's physical size, coordination, and ability — rather than age alone. Fitment Guide This quad is best suited for children with the following body measurements:
How to measure: Sit the rider on a flat chair and measure from the underside of their thigh (where it meets the seat) to the sole of their foot. This gives the seat-to-footrest distance — it should fall between 28cm and 38cm for proper posture and safe operation. Performance This quad bike is capable of speeds up to 13mph and includes adjustable speed restrictor settings. Due to its speed and power, it may not be suitable for children under 8 years old.
FunBikes strongly advises all customers to supervise young riders at all times and to ensure the use of appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, gloves, and knee/elbow protection. The Toxic is designed for use on flat, off-road terrains such as grass, gravel, or compacted soil and is not a ride-on toy, but a scaled-down powered quad bike.

Limitations – Any modification, use of noncertified accessories, water ingress, misuse or incorrect assembly, lack of or incorrect maintenance, incorrect parts installation, or collision damage, will invalidate the warranty. Commercial use is prohibited. 
AdviceA mechanically able person will be required to carry out the assembly and long-term maintenance of this product. Maintenance will be required to service the bike and fit parts to this product as usage requires. Please consider these requirements before purchasing the item. 1. Dispatch of Your Order
1.1 All goods are subject to availability.
1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are shown for items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.
1.4 Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by Email and Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.
1.5 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.
2. Delivery
2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.
2.2. Any product with free delivery will only include the free service within mainland England. And the items will be sent by economy service and can take up to 7 working days.
3. Returns and Exchanges
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE ONLY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
3.0 If you wish to cancel your order:
3.1 You can contact us via email at cs@funbikes.co.uk or phone on 01664 498 640 and quoting your order reference number.
3.2 You can notify us of your wish to return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt, and a further 14 days are given for the goods to be received at our address. Preferably, the goods should be in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.
3.3 Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made.
3.4 The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
3.5 If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.
3.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods: Online, Phone and Store Purchases.
3.7 You take full responsibility on receipt of the items you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair. A refund will not be offered on any assembly, misuse or wear and tear on the item. Please note that if a replacement is given this may be a refurbished item if the vehicle returned is used.

Our products are not legal for road use in the UK unless "Road Legal" is in the product description. The rider is responsible for following the laws and that adequate safety equipment is worn.
Unless the product is marked as "Waterproof," you may not submerge or saturate it in water, as this will invalidate your warranty. Our products contain water ingress indicators to enable us to identify a water-induced failure. We will, of course, help you repair the item and supply parts but will not perform the repair under warranty.
All our products come with a warranty. The warranty will vary dependent on the model. For specific information, click the "DESCRIPTION" tab and scroll to "Warranty" at the bottom of the page.
We offer an assembly service on selected products. "Add Assembly" includes a complete build, test ride and pre-delivery inspection of the item, and we will deliver your vehicle "Ready to Ride!"
Adding assembly may affect your delivery price and despatch estimate as we will automatically upgrade your order to a premium network service.
You may choose assembly by ticking the "Add Assembly" option on the product page or the X under Assembly in the checkout.
All of our Pit Bikes use inner tubes but a lot of our other vehicles are tubeless. As a rough guide, hub motors tend to be tubeless, and split rims tend to be tubed.
Generally, if you can see a 'car style' valve on your rim, your wheel is likely tubeless. If the valve has movement and looks like a push bike valve, it is likely tubed.
