The bike includes a 36V max voltage (36Vnom) 10ah lithium battery with an easily removable, water-resistant battery box (IP66 grade), offering a range of 25-35km in optimum conditions. Featuring a 6061 full aluminum frame with proprietary shaped tubes, this bike ensures robust construction. Equipped with 20 x 2.60 inch composite wheels and pneumatic Kenda fat off-road tyres, it’s ready for any terrain with the hydraulic adjustable forks also providing 80mm of travel for smooth handling. Suitability & Safety Guidance Due to evolving safety regulations and the performance of this product (up to 28mph), FunBikes now offers measurement-based suitability guidance rather than estimated age ranges. This ensures that every rider is assessed for fit and safety based on their physical size and ability, not just age. The Amped A20 Pro is a high-performance kids' electric balance bike — far beyond the capabilities of standard ride-on toys. With power and off-road-ready tyres, this model is intended for competent riders with the appropriate physical proportions and confidence to handle a 800w output.
To determine whether the Amped A20 Pro is a suitable fit, please measure the rider's inside leg and compare to the bike's seat height. A proper fit ensures stability, comfort, and safer operation.
How to measure: Have the rider stand flat-footed against a wall, feet hip-width apart. Measure from the crotch to the floor. This is their inside leg — it should fall between 53cm and 78cm to comfortably reach the ground and foot pegs.
This product is capable of speeds up to 28mph and includes adjustable speed settings (9.5, 19 or 28mph). Due to its high-performance nature, this is not a toy, but a scaled-down dirt bike requiring coordination, confidence, and appropriate physical size, and has a manufacturer’s recommended age of 8+.
Parents and guardians must assess suitability based on the rider’s size and ability.

1. Dispatch of Your Order
1.1 All goods are subject to availability.
1.2 Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are shown for items in stock to U.K. mainland addresses only. If you require delivery to non-U.K. mainland address charges will vary depending upon the destination. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
1.3 We will try to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.
1.4 Items ordered for collection using Click & Collect will be prepared as soon as possible. Communications will be sent by Email and Text to confirm the item is ready for collection with an expected collection time by the buyer of up to 7 days post confirmation the item is ready to collect.
1.5 For products listed on our Web Site outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.
2. Delivery
2.1. You should check your order carefully when it is delivered to you. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, or failing to match the items ordered by you, then you should notify us promptly. We use independent couriers in order to deliver goods to you a quickly and efficiently as possible. We need to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe that your order has been damaged in transit so that we can investigate the matter with our couriers.
2.2. Any product with free delivery will only include the free service within mainland England. And the items will be sent by economy service and can take up to 7 working days.
3. Returns and Exchanges
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE ONLY
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
3.0 If you wish to cancel your order:
3.1 You can contact us via email at cs@funbikes.co.uk or phone on 01664 498 640 and quoting your order reference number.
3.2 You can notify us of your wish to return the goods to us for a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receipt, and a further 14 days are given for the goods to be received at our address. Preferably, the goods should be in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item is yours to bear.
3.3 Once we have received the item/s back you will receive a full refund or an exchange for credit for the amount paid. All refunds will be repaid into the same account from which payment was made.
3.4 The rights to return your items will not arise if the item/s have been used, damaged, modified or broken. This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
3.5 If any item is returned to us in a non-saleable condition, we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.
3.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods: Online, Phone and Store Purchases.
3.7 You take full responsibility on receipt of the items you have ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if any damage, fault occurs with your item within your warranty period. We may ask you to provide a picture of the damage via email. We will look at sending a replacement part to fix the issue but if a part will not resolve the problem then we will offer a return of the vehicle for a fix. A replacement/refund if deemed damaged beyond repair. A refund will not be offered on any assembly, misuse or wear and tear on the item. Please note that if a replacement is given this may be a refurbished item if the vehicle returned is used.
